Choice is the key word for the new Crafter - it is longer, wider and higher, making it more versatile than its predecessor, and with a choice of three wheelbases, three roof heights and four load lengths, you can be sure to find a Crafter that suits your needs.

However you choose to use the new Crafter, there’s a model available to suit your requirements. Optional dropside.

If you simply need to carry a standard load, the new Crafter chassis cab with a factory fitted dropside body can meet the challenge.
Using high impact, lightweight materials the dropside body is built to last. There’s a choice of wheelbases and body lengths to suit any situation.

• Standard dual passenger seat

Volkswagen Crafter - Double cab

If you need to carry a crew plus your load then the new Crafter double cab is the answer. It has the capability of carrying seven passengers in comfort, with easy rear access from both sides of the cab.

Extra storage is also provided under the rear four-seat bench to stow valuables or tools. All seats have 3-point inertia reel seat belts and height adjustable head restraints for added safety.

Volkswagen Crafter - Window cab

Following 2006’s launch of the Crafter, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles presents its passenger carrying derivative – the Crafter window van.

This model provides a factory solution for niche customers who are looking to carry up to 8 passengers (plus driver) as well as providing ample luggage space and payload.

The Crafter window van will only be available in CR35, but has the 109PS, 136PS and 136PS Shiftmatic engine derivatives.

A number of options are available, including the seating options which allow seating of up to 8 people.

Fuel consumption,CO2 emissions and performance.

Despite its enormous size and load capacity, the Crafter's common rail engine technology, its standard six-speed manual gearbox and additional cleaning measures such as the standard Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) keep its fuel consumption figures surprisingly low, ensuring that the Crafter is as frugal as it is practical.

Those that presume that the Crafter's impressive practicality comes at the expense of performance would be mistaken. A completely new range of common rail diesel engines with a variety of power outputs mean that the Crafter's performance and practical abilities are one and the same; impressive.

Hands free phone kit.
This hands free phone kit is to be used in conjunction with the phone cradle (as pictured), which can be purchased separately to suit your phone. Blueconnect hands free system.

Fully integrated voice activated
Bluetooth® phone system. The system allows you to pair up to seven phones and it can store up to 32 names, holding up to four phone numbers per name. Available in black, beige or grey to suit the interior of your vehicle.

iPod connector.
Simply clip your iPod into the connector hidden away in your glovebox and then enjoy all the basic functions of your iPod through your Volkswagen’s audio/radio controls. Compatible with iPod 3G, iPod 4G, iPod 4G U2 edition, iPod mini, iPod nano and iPod photo. Suitable for radio units which cannot support the new Gateway 100. Gateway 100 iPod connector. (not illustrated) The Gateway 100 has significant benefits, providing complete integration with Apple’s iPod range and AUX input. CD autochanger – 6 discs.

Ratchet net.
Transport heavy objects properly: this load securing net, as defined in DIN and EN, made from nylon and steel, secures loads in the middle aisle of the Caddy Maxi Panel Van. The net is fixed to the lashing eyes and the load strapped in place using a cross-belt with ratchet tightener. The net length can be adjusted using the clamps on the
longitudinal belt. Net size (L x W): 900 x 500mm. For Caddy Panel Van and Caddy Maxi Panel Van.

T series Slamlock set.
The Thatcham Quality Accredited Slamlock set includes two locks (rear twin door), 3 sets of keys plus a can of lubricant. Not available on Caddy Maxi. Key features:

Load separator grille and load dividing grille.

Racking system.
This advanced storage solution includes many items, such as shelving units, tilt boxes, lockers, a first aid kit, toolboxes, a fire extinguisher, 9mm ply flooring and a rear bumper plate. Together they maximise available space with changeable elements allowing easy location of tools. Successfully crash tested to EU ECE/R17 standards using a 20g and a 30g simulated crash. Available on Caddy only.

Reversing aid kit.
This kit includes four sensors which can be painted to match the body colour of your vehicle. Can be used with Caddy and Caddy Maxi detachable and fixed swan neck towbars, but not suitable for vehicles fitted with fixed Sortimo floor sections. Precise fitting floor system with load lashing rails to allow use of Sortimo load securing equipment. Available on the Caddy Maxi only.

Warning triangle.
It is now a legal requirement to carry a warning triangle in your vehicle in Europe – make sure you have yours. High visibility safety vest. One size fits all. First aid kit.
Pocket-sized safety: this small and handy first aid pouch is an ideal companion on holidays. Fully compliant and equipped in accordance with DIN 13164. The pouch
measures only 26 x 15cm and is made from water-resistant material.

Door sill trim plates.
This black film with silver coloured strips not only makes the entrance of your Caddy look even better, it also protects the car against scratches when getting in and out. Easy to stick to the front and rear door sills. 1 set = 2 films.

Clear bumper protection strip.
Clear plastic film protection strip for the top side of the rear bumpers.

Headlight protectors.
This kit comes complete with two sets of adhesive decals to convert head lamp beam for continental driving.
